Hydro Power

Vidullanka’s origins as a renewable energy company can be traced back to its roots in the mini hydro sector, with its first landmark project Bambarabatuoya commissioned and connected to the national grid in 2001. Since then, the company has 11 mini hydro projects operating domestically and overseas, contributing 215 GWh of clean energy to the national grids of Sri Lanka and Uganda.
