Amjath Rajabdeen joined Vidullanka in 2025, bringing 18 years of experience to his role as manager of engineering and projects. A design engineer by profession, Amjath’s profile details a dynamic portfolio of work primarily in construction projects in the water supply industry. He served as an engineer for State Development and Construction Company, the International Construction Consortium, the Irrigation Department and the National Water Supply and Drainage Board. In his shift to the energy industry, he brings a versatile skillset to his undertakings at Vidullanka PLC, giving key insights into the execution of the company’s expanding pipeline of projects.

Amjath is currently reading for his MSc. in Geo Technical Engineering and received his bachelor’s in engineering from the University of Peradeniya. He is also a Chartered Engineer under the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL).
