Rajitha Samarasinghe joined Vidullanka PLC as the Human Resources Manager in March 2025. His experience is primarily informed by over nine years in the HR field, with proficiency particularly in operational efficiency across HR processes. Prior to undertaking his position at Vidullanka, Rajitha served in several capacities across the corporate ladder at companies such as Abans Finance PLC and Lanka Credit & Business Finance PLC. He gained significant experience in the HR functions of the renewable energy industry at Gaia Green Energy Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, serving as Manager and Senior Manager of Human Resources. He brings this wealth of experience to his role at Vidullanka PLC, guiding the HR team to drive employee engagement, talent management, enhance existing processes and organizational growth.

Rajitha holds an MBA and Postgraduate diploma in Business Management from the University of Colombo, and an Advanced diploma in Business Management from NIBM. He is a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 140001:2015 and a LEAN Champion, recognized by Kinetic Solutions (UK).
