Gayani Gomes joined Vidullanka PLC in December 2023 as the Manager of the Legal and Secretarial department, bringing over 11 years of experience to her role at the company. Her areas of expertise include commercial law, labour law, civil litigation, conveyancing and intellectual properties. Before taking up her role at Vidullanka, Gayani worked in different capacities in several renowned corporations, including Lanka Bell, Hemas Holdings and Anverally and Sons (Pvt) Ltd. Since joining Vidullanka, she has steered the legal department in its company secretarial duties, overlooking more than 30 local and foreign subsidiaries, in addition to litigation, conveyancing, agreements and regulatory compliance.

Gayani passed out as an Attorney at Law from Sri Lanka Law College in 2010. She additionally holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Colombo.
