A senior level delegation headed by the Secretary to the Ministry of Power & Energy paid a visit to the Dehiattakandiya Dendro PP and a Gliricidia plantation managed by Vidul Plantations. The team observed the process of renewable power generation through the use of advanced technology and sustainably developed fuel wood plantation. The delegation was accompanied by the Group CEO, Mr.Riyaz Sangani and the divisional CEO, Mr. Chamil Silva. A tree planting ceremony was also held with the participation of the visiting officials.
