We are proud to announce that Vidullanka PLC, Batathota Mini Hydro Power Plant has been honored by a Certificate for the successful implementation of productivity tools within the organization at the National productivity Awards 2010/2011. By competing with nearly 200 number of private companies, we have become one of the company which has potential for productive.
The primary objective of the competition is to improve productivity at all levels and key objectives of this competition are to create awareness of the benefits and concepts of enterprise level productivity, To Identify model organization with high productivity performance and to promote labour management co-operations. It is generally recognized that productive enterprises in the country will result in a productive nation. Towards this purpose, the judging panel assessed 10 key criteria as Leadership, People, Strategies, Measurements, Processes, People results, Customer results, Society results, Productivity results & Overall performance results. To measure this criteria audit team gone through the detail report as well as field visit.
The National productivity Awards 2010/2011 organized by National productivity Secretariat (Ministry of productivity promotion) for the 09th consecutive time was held at the Sirimavo Bandaranayaka Memorial International Conference Hall on 04th December 2012.
